Great team, good hotel

This hotel, well situated in the center of Cotonou City, also offers a pool and massage facilities.

The restaurant offers local food made with an international touch, and includes a few excellent items.

We failed to find the usual 'this is not my department, hence not my issue' attitude, which leads us to believe that some good ideas about team management were implemented, making staff a whole, consistent, efficient, service-oriented team.

On the whole, we are happy to recommend the place.

WHAT A TEAM!

I stayed in this hotel for a week and I should say that despite the aging building, I have enjoyed a beautiful stay thanks to the great team....Kindness, professionalism, TOP5* service and dynamique hospitality.... Great and nothing to say about the people who did all they could to make my journey wonderful.
Thanks to the General Manager who welcomed me personally and made sure all I needed was available in style.

I will certainly come back... you made my day!
